Happy Easter Everyone!!

I’m happy to wish you all a wonderful Easter holiday. It’s so nice to know that this is the end of winter, that we finally reached my favorite season – Springtime.

Hold it – it’s snowing outside right now. I couldn’t believe it when I opened the curtains. Figured I’d better take the photo so you’d believe me.

See what I mean? This was taken a few minutes ago in the Shuswap Valley, interior of B.C. where they usually get a small amount of snow during the winter. This year, like so many other places, things changed. Snow came in huge storms throughout the winter months and Mother Nature doesn’t want to accept it’s spring now.

“Hey Lady – time to stop with the white stuff!!”

I think about my garden, how much work I have to get it looking the way I love it. And I’m itching to get out there in the warm sunshine and lose myself in my chores.

Guess I’ll wait for a week….sigh!!

It will come.

Right?

At least I got my Easter chocolate bunny.

Okay, I’m happy again 🙂
